" HU Kun and Friends Orchestra London "
is an unique orchestra made by like minded people whom love, enjoy sharing music together at the highest level. It includes outstanding musician
coming from all parts of the world and based in London. It is a group of young
musicians whom not only enjoy playing together but also like to share their
wonderful experience with audiences. It compromises
musician from mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, UK, France, Canada, US, Spain,
Russia, Korea, Japan, Armenia, Finland, Iceland, former Yugoslavia…, amongst them are soloists, international prize winners, recording artists, chamber musicians and member of
major London orchestras...
" HU Kun and Friends Orchestra London " is interested in promoting cultural exchange between
countries, supporting peace, harmony and bringing people together, building bridges
between east, west and beyond. It provides a meeting point for those who
interested in world music and culture. Currently it is the first western orchestra
specialized in performing Chinese music outside of China.
HU Kun has conduct the orchestra for its inaugural gala concert (sponsored
by Bu Shu Restaurant London) on the 18th.Feb.05 at the Chinese Embassy
hosted by His Excellency the Chinese Ambassador for his 130 VIP guests. It has
been a sensational success as the orchestra has already attracted some agents, sponsors and record
companies’ interest. Some concert, tour and recording projects are currently under
planning around the world.

该乐团以形式新颖, 独特, 不限, 可大可小, 曲目东西结合广泛, 地处世界文化之都伦敦为特征. 是目前中国在海外唯一善长演奏中国乐曲的西乐团.
其宗旨是与所有热爱音乐艺术, 世界和平的朋友们分享音乐, 促进团结, 消除民族, 语言, 文化, 政治观点之间隔阂. 是一个世界音乐文化交流, 沟通的平台.
同时也为年轻音乐家们提供演奏就业机会.
自2005年在伦敦首演 (由伦敦巴蜀餐馆赞助)以来已得到世界指挥大师科林.戴维斯爵士, 梅纽因勋爵的女儿亦即前伦敦皇家音乐学院院长等著名人士支持. 并受到BBC国际台, 凤凰卫视欧洲台...国际经纪公司, 各类赞助商等人事关注. 目前正在朝职业化迈进.
